BITS Group was founded in 2016, over the years we've grown from a small team of passionate IT professionals to a comprehensive managed service provider serving over 200 clients across London and the UK.
Our approach is different. We focus on understanding your business goals and aligning our technology solutions to help you achieve them.

Bhavesh Shah
Director of TechnologyBhavesh Shah's journey into technology began early. At just 17, he started working at Gasteiner Technologies in North London, where he was introduced not only to the technical foundations of IT, but also to the importance of great customer service. Working with a diverse range of clients – from individual home users to corporate-level organisations – Bhavesh gained first-hand experience of how technology impacts real people and real businesses.
He built his knowledge from the ground up. Starting with hardware, then moving into software, systems, and networking, Bhavesh developed a deep, practical understanding of IT infrastructure. His hands-on approach, reliability, and ability to explain technology in a clear, approachable way quickly made him an integral part of the business.
It wasn't long before his reputation spoke for itself. Through relationships built during this time, Bhavesh was offered a corporate IT role, marking the next step in a career that continued to go from strength to strength. Over the years, he excelled in increasingly complex environments, supporting businesses where technology was mission-critical and expectations were high.
In 2016, BITS Group started to support a small number of trusted contacts who needed reliable, honest IT support for their businesses. What began as a word-of-mouth service, built entirely on trust and recommendation, has since grown into a multi-service technology partner supporting organisations across IT support, security, development, and automation.
Despite this growth, the core values that Bhavesh brought with him from day one remain unchanged. BITS Group is built on being down to earth, approachable, and genuinely caring about outcomes – not just fixing issues, but understanding businesses and helping them work better through technology.
